Customers have the right to return all products within 7 days of delivery or pickup, if approved unilaterally by our company.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns

Please use the following scenarios accordingly:

Scenario 1 – Unopened, unused, in its original packaging
In case of purchase from our online shop you can return at our store (contact us for info) within 7 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.
The product can be exchanged with voucher of equivalent value or with other product of equivalent value.
In case of purchase from our online shop, you can receive a refund for the value of your purchase.

Scenario 2 – Opened, unused, in its original packaging
In case of purchase from our online shop you can return at our store (contact us for location info) within 7 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.
The product will be checked from our Service Department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with the exchange.
The product can be exchanged with voucher of equivalent value or with other product of equivalent value.
In case of purchase from our online shop, you can receive a refund for the value of your purchase.

Scenario 3 – Faulty or not fully functioning
In case of purchase from our online shop you can return at our store (contact us for info) within 7 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.
The product will be checked from our Service Department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with exchange or repair.
The product can be exchanged with the same product or other product of equivalent value.
If the product needs to be repaired we will inform you about the available options you have.

In any case we may request from the customer to allow a reasonable period of time for us to carry out any technical inspection to the product.
We will NOT charge you for inspection fees in any case.

You can return your products, Monday to Friday, (contact us for location info) from 08:30 to 13:30.

CANCELLATION POLICY

How to cancel an online order

If you have chosen the Home Delivery or the Pick-up from ACS office, you can cancel your order at any time before the product is handed to the delivery service.
After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically update and you will no longer be able to cancel your order.
You can of course, return the product you bought following our Returns Policy as described above.

To cancel your Home Delivery or Pick-up from ACS office order, please call 70007836, Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 16:00.
